BR Group and VSB – Technical University of Ostrava Sign Memorandum to Advance Cooperation
BR Group and VSB – Technical University of Ostrava have signed a memorandum to foster collaboration. The aim of the memorandum is to establish a systematic partnership in the areas of education, research, and technological development.
Both parties have agreed on their shared interest in connecting the academic and industrial spheres, particularly through professional internships, consultations, excursions, and the involvement of students and academics in solving specific technical challenges. The memorandum also creates an opportunity for joint research and application projects with commercial potential.
"At our technical university, we are actively striving to strengthen the integration of education and practical experience across all areas in which we educate our students. Deepening cooperation with BR Group will undoubtedly contribute to this goal. The partnership also encompasses research and development, where we aim to support the advancement of innovations that can have a real impact on industrial practice and, thus, potential for commercialization," said Professor Igor Ivan, Vice-Rector for Strategy and Cooperation.
The memorandum provides a framework upon which both parties will further develop and implement specific collaborative projects. BR Group sees the partnership as an opportunity not only to strengthen its connections with experts and future graduates, but also as a source of inspiration and new impulses for the development of its technological solutions.
