Materials and Production Technology
We specialise in working with a wide range of materials including mild and high strength steels, stainless steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, copper, brass and plastics. Our advanced manufacturing technologies include laser cutting, plasma and oxygene cutting, punching, stamping, bending, welding, plating, heat treating, CNC machining and dry and wet painting. Other capabilities include anodising, printing, gasket casting and assembly.
Heavyweight Engineering
We conduct mass as well as bespoke fabrication in mild, high strength and stainless steels. These are mostly parts for construction machinery, transport equipment, recycling equipment, food processing machinery, railway equipment, machine tools, etc. We assist our partners in product design and preparation of welding technology. We are able to heat treat, machine, surface treat and assemble weldments into more complex units. Quality assurance including NDT is an integral part of our services.
Lightweight Engineering
We supply mechanical components, weldments and sheet metal fabrications to industries such as entertainment, HVAC, telecommunications, electrical and rail. Our meticulous process design, including the use of FMEA where appropriate, ensures the highest quality. We also offer surface treatment and assembly for complex assemblies.
Stampings on process tools
We can press parts from stainless steel, steel and aluminium sheet and coil on progressive dies. This involves the production of larger batches using tooling and eccentric or hydraulic presses. We can supply parts with the required surface finish.
Complex machining of aluminium profiles and anodising
We have technologies for automatic cutting of profiles, their modification according to customer requirements by CNC machining and pressing. The parts produced in this way can be finished by anodising on an automatic anodising line.
