At BR Group, we’ve reached another milestone on our journey toward consolidating and digitalizing our IT systems.
This time, we focused on an area that is often overlooked — communication through the Data Mailbox Information System (info.mojedatovaschranka.cz).
Given the number of companies within the group, we decided to implement the centralized ONEPOST system (https://onepost.cz/) developed by ATLAS GROUP.
What does this mean for us?
- Unified management of dozens of data mailboxes across companies brings us greater security, traceability, and auditability in our communication.
- Its modern cloud architecture enabled seamless integration with our security strategy, including SSO integration with Microsoft 365.
- The system also leverages artificial intelligence for document processing — a significant leap in efficiency and control.
- The project has also laid the groundwork for our next major step: the consolidation of HR processes.
