Petr Buršík Appointed New CTO of BR Automotive Division
Effective June 1, 2025, Ing. Petr Buršík assumes the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the BR Automotive division within BR Group.
Petr brings to our team over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and in leading teams in both national and international companies.
Throughout his career, he has held executive and statutory positions at companies such as Brose, Novogear, and Tatra Trucks. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava.
Petr has extensive experience in strategic management, production capacity development, and innovation process management. In the past, he was responsible for leading large multidisciplinary teams across research and development, program management, manufacturing, quality, logistics, procurement, and finance.
In his new role, he will be responsible for driving technological development and innovation within the BR Automotive division. His goal is to strengthen technological capabilities and enhance the division’s competitiveness in both the European and global markets.
