Jaroslav Fojtík Appointed as the New Chief Executive Officer of MONTIX, a.s.
We are pleased to announce that as of September 9, 2025, Ing. Jaroslav Fojtík has become the Chief Executive Officer of MONTIX, a.s., a member of the BR Automotive division.
Mr. Fojtík brings extensive experience in managing industrial production, leading large teams, and executing major investment projects. He previously served as CEO of MESIT machinery and Vice Chairman of the Board of MESIT holding. For more than 12 years, he managed operations at Linaset, a.s., part of the BR Group, and he also gained valuable experience at OSRAM Czech Republic.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led mergers, transformations, and the implementation of modern technologies, automation, and lean manufacturing principles.
In his new role, he will focus on ensuring the company’s sustainable growth, fostering collaboration across teams, and strengthening MONTIX’s position in the market.
