Singing Rock s.r.o. – a member of BR Group a.s. announces the acquisition of 100% stake in Aliens GmbH, a major player in the distribution of fall protection equipment on the German market.
Aliens GmbH has been the exclusive distributor of the Singing Rock and Tendon brands for many years and also represents other renowned brands in the field of safety equipment. This acquisition opens up new opportunities for further collaboration with the existing partners as well as for the expansion on the domestic market.
Aliens GmbH brings to BR Group a.s. not only a strong distribution network, but also valuable know-how and experience from one of the key European markets. The common goal is to strengthen business synergies within BR Group and further develop the range of products and services for professionals in the field of work safety at heights as well as for athletes and mountaineering enthusiasts.
The acquisition was completed on April 29, 2025.
