Ceremonial ribbon-cutting for the new press at MONTIX
At MONTIX a.s., part of BR Group, we ceremonially launched a brand-new Haitian JU14000V injection molding machine. This marks a key milestone in expanding our technological capacities, particularly in the production of plastic parts for the automotive industry.
The new machine, complemented by a 6-axis ABB robot, represents the highest standard in modern industrial technology. It enables us to manufacture significantly larger components than before—while maintaining a strong emphasis on speed, precision, and repeatable quality.
The machine is already in operation, currently producing plastic housings for the BMW X1 and iX1 models—components for the premium segment, where maximum reliability and flawless finish are an absolute requirement.
We celebrated the machine's commissioning directly at the MONTIX production facility in Mohelnice. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was performed by:
- Rudolf Bochenek, owner of BR Group
- Jakub Jurůj, CEO of Montix
Both emphasized that investments in such technologies are not only about increasing capacity, but also about reinforcing the quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the entire group on the European market.
This project would not have been possible without the reliable cooperation of MAPRO GROUP, which handled the delivery and technical integration of the equipment. The machine itself was supplied by Haitian Group, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of injection molding machines.
